Senior Java Web Application Developer

Description:	Are you seeking an opportunity to build modern web applications and web services? NextMark is seeking experienced developers like you to help expand its products and services. As a Java J2EE Web Application Developer, you will work with an experienced team to deliver NextMark's systems using Enterprise Java (J2EE), AJAX, JSP, XML, Oracle, and Web Services technologies. You must be able to work effectively as a member of a team with high standards and aggressive goals.
Requirements:	Software-related undergraduate degree required. Graduate degree desirable. Java Certification desirable. 5+ years J2EE Web application development experience Experience with at least one major J2EE based application server - preferably JBoss Ability to perform high-level analysis and to think logically through solutions Able to communicate professionally, clearly, and diplomatically (verbal and written). Good organizational skills Ability to work in teams in dynamic work environment. Proficient with Windows PC and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Required Skills:	Web application development, Object Oriented Analysis and Design, Ant, CVS, Java, J2EE, Java Server Pages/Servlets, JDBC, SQL/Relational Databases, RMI, JAAS, JNDI, JBoss/Tomcat (or comparable), Linux/UNIX, HTML, Javascript
Desirable Skills:	Axis, Ajax, Oracle, Python, Service Oriented Architecture (SOA), XML/XML Schema, Web Services, UDDI, JUnit, Clustered/High-Availability systems, caching, Experience with Scrum, XP or other Agile Software Development Practices, Eclipse, JEdit, Message Oriented Middleware
Work Schedule:	40 hours per week. Periodic night and weekend work required for software upgrades and maintenance.
Location:	Corporate Headquarters in Hanover, NH.
Salary Range:	$82,200 - $97,500
Travel:	Infrequent travel may be required for training, conferences, and on-site client meetings.
