NextMark, Inc., (www.nextmark.com) is seeking to add Inside Account Managers to its Sales team. NextMark provides services and technology to the digital and traditional marketing industries in order to enable media planning, media operations, and media sales.

As an Inside Account Manager, you will be responsible for establishing, developing, and managing relationships wiht website publisher, advertising agency, and media broker/management clients. Your responsibilities will change with the evolving needs of the business. Your initial project will be to expand NextMark’s relationships with the top website publishers by establishing first contact, reaching correct personnel, and obtaining media kit information for the purpose of building out the NextMark index of digital media advertising opportunities.

Responsibilities

  • Make cold and warm calls to potential and current clients
  • Communicate company value propositions
  • Qualify clients for engagement with NextMark programs
  • Gather and document client feedback, and provide to sales management as needed
  • Develop relationships with clients to establish value exchange
  • Manage account development stages and move client through process
  • Record tasks and manage to-do’s in Salesforce CRM tool
  • Document client correspondence in Salesforce CRM tool
  • Assure client satisfaction and collaborate as needed with Technical Support department
  • Coordinate work process with Market Intelligence department

  • Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree or equivalent
  • Experience creating and managing relationships with customers
  • Experience buying or selling advertising, particularly digital advertising, is a big plus
  • Able to work in a fast-paced, self-directed, entrepreneurial environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Able to manage time effectively and stay organized
  • Able to multi-task in a collaborative environment with shifting priorities
  • Proficient computer skills including MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook
  • Experience with CRM software tools
