On all test orders Mailer must pay for gross names shipped unless other arrangements have been made. if deductions for DMA Pander or inter file duplicates are taken on continuations CV must be supplied, and if deductions exceed 2%, actual names must be supplied and SLC advised in advance.

Prior list rentals must be paid before new orders will be processed.

All list rentals must be paid 60 days from order fulfillment date or 45 days form mail date whichever comes first, unless other arrangements have been made.

Cancellation 45 days after order placement or after mail date, which ever is first must pay full rental rate.
