NextMark Adds New Client Management Features to its List Research System

July 30, 2004 Hanover, NH USA – NextMark, Inc., a leading provider of list research technology, today announced it has added four new modules to its mailing list research system: account management, contact management, task management, and document management.

These new modules enable users to manage their client relationships more effectively. Account management tracks important account information such as contact information, key personnel, special pricing arrangements, and credit terms. Contact management keeps an archive of important meetings, calls, and other communications with the client. Task management provides a corporate “to-do list” that reminds users of important duties. Document management enables users to store critical documents such as contracts, purchase orders, and samples.

Joseph Pych, President of NextMark, said, “Our customers were looking for a better way to manage their relationships with their clients. They were using one system for list research, another one for account information, and often did not have any system to manage critical documents or tasks. There was no way to link their research efforts to their clients and embarrassing problems resulted from outdated and incomplete information.”

Mr. Pych continues, “We developed these new client management modules in response to our customers’ needs. Plus, we seamlessly integrated these new modules with our list research system so they are incredibly easy to use and are always available. And best of all, these new modules were provided for free as part of our commitment to continuous improvement.”

NextMark’s list research system provides access to data cards on more than 45,000 lists – including postal, email, telephone, and insert media – through a web-based interface. NextMark is currently offering a free trial of this system. Details about this offer, product information, and a product tour can be found on NextMark’s website at http://nextmark.com/brokerage.
