NextMark v5.1 Improves Financial Control

August 6, 2004 Hanover, NH USA – NextMark, Inc., a leading provider of mailing list commerce technology, today announced the release of version 5.1 of its software platform. Of the thirty-three new features introduced, the most significant were related to financial controls and reporting.

  • Payment Status – List orders now display the status of receivables and payables as % received and % paid to enable better tracking of partial payments.
  • Invoice Distribution – Invoices can now be emailed in batch enabling finance users to get invoices to clients more quickly and easily.
  • Invoice Audit Trail – All access to invoices for changes, prints, or sends are automatically timestamped and logged in the invoice history. This provides a historical record of when invoices were provided to the client and who made changes to the invoice.
  • Exchange Fee Arrangements – System now provides method to establish per thousand, flat, minimum, and maximum exchange fee structures for both brokerage and management clients. These exchange deals automatically flow to orders and invoices.
  • List Usage Tracking – Data cards now display active recommendations and orders with a link to full usage detail. Usage can be “sliced and diced” using various controls on the usage report.
  • Reporting – 70 new reports are now available in the system enabling user to better track orders, receivables, payables, sales activities, and much more.
