NextMark Secures Investment for Software Development

July 31, 2002 Hanover, NH – NextMark, Inc., a leading provider of products that automate the direct marketing process, today announced it has received an equity investment for ongoing software development. The lead investor is Venture Capital Fund of New England (“VCFNE”) of Wellesley Hills, MA. Other investors include CEI Ventures of Portland, ME, Litle & Co. of Lowell, MA, and MerchantBanc Venture Partners of Manchester, NH, all three of whom previously invested in NextMark. NextMark to Sponsor List Vision 2002 Conference

NextMark Announces CataList version 2.3

July 26, 2001 Hanover, NH – NextMark announced today the general availability of CataList version 2.3. CataList is as an advanced prospect list research tool that saves customers time and money by eliminating tedious administrative tasks and helping them focus on customer service and satisfaction.

Mike Yacavone, VP Product Management said: “We have a strong culture of listening to our customers. Since our May 10 launch, we have quickly built dozens of new features, all based on customer requests and feedback. With version 2.3, we offer the most advanced prospect list research tool available. These advancements provide our customers enhanced research, lower staff costs, increased profitability, and better customer service.”

Tim Falvey, VP Sales reported: “What we’re hearing from our customers is that they are finding 15% to 20% more lists than with other products, they are saving up to 3 hours PER DAY in administrative tasks, and they’re closing new business based on the presentation format that CataList offers.”

Customer feedback has been very positive.
