NextMark’s system upgrade on Thursday, April 21, 2011 includes 33 software improvements, including the following highlights:

• Two new digital media channels: audio and video
• Improved Select & Count functionality
• New way to access campaign recommendations PLUS new download & email options
• Introducing a new format for audited data cards

A detailed list of improvements is shown below.

Medi		Deleting a Data Card doesn’t redirect the user properly Upon deleting a data card, user is now redirected to the Media|Management page, instead of displaying “This media is not available”.
Media		Data Card Graphic Upload Fix Allows graphics to be uploaded in the data card wizard without having to save the data card first.
Media		Disable auditor access to manager recommendations & reps Prevents auditors from editing manager recommendations and Owner Account reps in the data card wizard.
Media		Manage Selects & Details from data card Improves select functionality and provides easy input and updates for select counts.
Media		Transfer audit flag after audit Removes the MIN card after the self-reported version has been audited and updates all references to MIN card to audited card.
Media		Hide divisions for auditors Removes division option in the data card wizard for auditors.
Media		Correct data card cancel landing page When cancelling out of the data card wizard, user will be brought to the Data Card screen, or the Management screen when cancelling a new card.
Media		Add missing fields to RTF download Adds the following data fields to the RTF downloads in order to support structuring data utilizing existing data fields: Cancellation Fee Special Instructions Reuse Telemarketing
Media		Update ‘data card views’ chart Updates the ‘data card views’ chart (on the data card) to use a white background and a neutral gray foreground.
Media		Copied card isn’t retaining correct segment counts or descriptions Retains segment counts & descriptions as entered into the data card when copying from another card.
Media		Add Video channel Adds Video as a digital channel in data cards & search
Media		Add Audio channel Adds Audio as a digital channel in data cards & search
Media		Enable incremental activation of audited data Enable incremental activation (searching and display) of audited data on self-reported cards.

Orders		Net Name line item alignment on order view Corrects instance in the Order View where Net Name line item amounts shift one column when separate AR/AP rates selected and no Net Name AP rate is entered.
Contacts		Ability to remove state & country in Contact Allows state & country to be removed from a contact record.
Home		Profile editing removes Audit license Prevents audit license from being removed from a user when edits are made to their profile.
