The NextMark Direct Marketing System application update scheduled for the evening of Thursday, March 15, 2012 includes a number changes to improve system stability, performance and usability.

Individual 7.13 improvements are listed below.

Media		Update date and Frequency on Segments Panel In addition to displaying the Next Update and Update Frequency fields on the data card Publish page, they are now also exposed on the Segments panel to make it easier to update them along with Segment counts and details.
Media		Media History capture When data card permissions are changed from Private to Public or Professional, the user is now prompted to indicate if the card is new to the market or not and if not, enter the name of the previous manager.  Capturing this information for new data cards helps improve the speed and accuracy with which the NextMark database reflects change of list ownership.
Media		New Insert Media Size A new insert media size (7 11/16 x 10 1/2) was added to the Max drop-down lists on the Output & Fees panel of the data card wizard.
Media		Enable save of duplicate Segments Fixed an issue that prevented data cards with duplicate Segments names to be saved properly.
Media		Segment display during edit Fixed an issue that caused some segments to not appear while editing certain data cards.
Media		No Charge display in Selects Fixed an issue that caused a blank display (instead of displaying ‘No Charge’) when N/C was selected as the Rate type.
Media		Select edits not saved Fixed an issue associated with Selects added or edited and not saved in specific circumstances.
Media		Blank Segment descriptions Fixed an issue that allowed blank Segment descriptions to be saved.
Media		Application response time on Categories panel Improved application performance on Categories panel for organizations with large number of data cards.
Media		Date validation Date validation has been added to the Next Update and Count Valid Through dates to ensure dates typed into these fields are saved and displayed correctly.
Media		Manager Count Request error Fixed a condition that caused an error message to be displayed when trying to view a request that contained an ‘omit’.
Reports		Exchange Adjustments unique ID The NextMark ID field has been added to the Exchange Detail data source to serve as a unique identifier.
Reports		Account Number in Finance data sources The Account Number field has been added to the Finance data sources.
Reports		Mailer selects in Usage Generate Proposal Application performance has been improved when selecting multiple mailers in the Usage Generate Proposal function.
Reports		Date card quality graph Improved the consistency and accuracy of data card counts across various displays.
Reports		Removed Contact Fixed a condition that caused removed contacts to continue to display in reports.
General		Spreadsheet links Fixed a condition that caused links within spreadsheet output to force user to log in to the application again.
Finance		Finance | Bills screen performance Improved application performance when selecting a reporting view from the Finance | Bills screen.
Orders		Missing Order Number Fixed an issue with order copy that caused no order number to be generated.
Campaigns		Movement in User Interface Fixed an issue that caused unintended movement in user interface in the Campaign Description and Instruction fields.
