Hanover, NH – August 11, 2006 – NextMark, Inc., a leading provider of mailing list technology, today announced it has released version 5.12 of its mailing lists commerce system. This new version includes 44 enhancements, including the ability to efficiently process database orders, insert media orders, online orders, and other multi-use orders.
“Anyone who does database orders will really appreciate this release because it streamlines an extremely labor-intensive process,” said Joseph Pych, President of NextMark. “Database orders are typically comprised of dozens or hundreds of micro-orders — one for each list selected from the database. With traditional list order systems, each of these micro-orders would have to be set up as a separate full-fledged list order in the system. Each of these orders might take 10-15 minutes to set up and verify. So, when you add it all up, one database order would require many hours of manual data entry. Version 5.12 solves this problem by allowing our users to batch all the micro-orders under one database order and to upload all the database usage from a data file. It also allows you to generate all the invoices and bills in batch at the same time. This new process eliminates virtually all of the typing.”

NextMark’s version v5.12 also includes numerous productivity enhancements, an AJAX-based account lookup, improved overpayment and refund processing, and a number of new reports such as the Payment History report.
